Whether you’re cruising down a steep incline after a gnarly hill climb or performing a white-knuckle skid to avoid an errant heffer, running functional brakes on your Polaris RZR 4-seater is a good idea. As brake rotors age, they tend to get damaged -- especially if they are ridden hard. A warped, dinged-up, or unbalanced rotor can rapidly deteriorate UTV brake pads, damage brake calipers, and generate annoying smells and sounds. More so than brake rotors, however, brake pads become spent and used up after only a few hundred miles depending on how much you use them. Aftermarket brass brake pads are popular among Polaris RZR 4 riders. And even though they’re generally more expensive than their semi-metallic or organic counterparts, most are far cheaper when you calculate the cost on a per-mile basis.
It doesn’t matter if you have an RZR X Turbo that you drag race with or an RZR S4 900 EPS that you use to rip up the sand dunes, at Everything Polaris RZR, we’ve got the brake calipers, brake pads, and brake rotors to make your RZR stop on a dime. And because all of our UTV brakes and brake components are extensively tested by independent third parties, you can ride with confidence knowing that you have the power to decelerate and stop no matter what lies ahead. From wear-resistant CryoHeat brake rotors to sintered metal brake pads, if you’re looking to improve your RZR’s stopping power, extend the life of its braking system, and execute optimal braking under the heaviest of loads, Everything Polaris RZR has you covered.

When deciding on a bumper for your Polaris RZR4, you should consider if you want a low-profile bumper or a bull bumper. Both will provide protection from frontal impacts, but the bull-style bumper is more centralized, protecting the radiator and leaving peripheral components like lights and fenders exposed. Bad Dawg, SuperATV, HMF, and DMX all make great stuff, but we tent to avoid matte finishes as they tend to fade. If yours does start to fade Krylon and Maxx make a variety of spray paints that closely match the stock Polaris colors. Krylon’s Lemon Yellow Fluorescent spray paint, for instant, is pretty close to Polaris’ Lime Squeeze color.
In addition to front and rear RZR4 bumpers, many 4-seater RZR owners like to put inner fender well guards -- AKA firewall guards -- on their machine to protect it against rock ejections and other debris flying up from below. Companies like Thunderhawk Performance and EMP make great fender well guards and RZR aid floorboard guards to protect machines against damage. The only caveat with fender well guards is that they limit the size of tire you run on your RZR. You can fit up to 30” tires on the S model with no mods and 32” tires on the XP & XPT with no mods. Of course if you go with a lift or forward arms then you can fit bigger tires while still having fender well guards installed. The next time you’re cruising through tight, overgrown, trails and constantly hearing things being slung up from the tires, having a metal firewall guard will definitely feel better than plastic.
While fender well guards can protect the underside of your RZR4, in addition to a bumper, many riders install radiator guards to protect their RZR4 radiators. Grizz Tek radiator guards are the go-to guards for many RZR4 riders. They look good and their price is small compared to something as costly as a damaged radiator. Tree kickers are also common to protect the lower sides of the Polaris RZR4, and roll cages can be bought to guard against falling branches or protect in the event of a rollover. Cageworks’ super shorty RZR4 roll cage with the rear bumper is among the most popular.
