Front Drive Line and Suspension

The factory front drivelines of four-seater Polaris Razors have thin wall tubing that makes them prone to twisting. The main cause of this problem is lack of traction, which, when suddenly regained, leads to driveline twisting and other related problems like snapped axles, broken gears, and failed joints. Some RZR 4 owners have also reported slight driveline vibration and issues with the carrier bearing and front diff. Fortunately, there are several solutions to these problems. One option is to upgrade the entire front driveline with a heavy-duty replacement from KB3 UTV Products or Sandcraft's drivetrain solution. However, if a complete upgrade is not feasible, strengthening individual parts like the carrier bearing, motor mounts, Sprague, and front differential can also help. With the right upgrade, owners can prevent future damage and get back to enjoying their RZR 4 ride.

Most riders agree, however, that after you do all the driveline and drivetrain upgrades -- be they from KB3, Sandcraft, or another trusted aftermarket UTV parts provider -- you will have stiffer motor mounts and a stiffer motor mount tube, a driveline that is rigid and proper, a front differential that is in line with the driveline. And these upgrades will also allow you to hear and feel the other things that are off with your RZR 4. These machines flex and take a great deal of abuse, so when you make something rigid and within specs, other things will show their ugly head. After upgrading their RZR 4 driveline, many riders found that their stock a-arm bushings and factory shock bushings also needed to be replaced. No matter if the teeth broke on your prop shaft where the driveline meets the transmission or your rig is noisy and vibrates excessively due to an improperly phased or out-of-balance driveshaft, at Everything Polaris RZR, we've got the goods to take your RZR 4 to the next level.
