How Much Do RZR Snow Plows Cost? Your Ultimate Pricing Guide

A RZR Pro XP was built for trails, but with the right plow it will clear a driveway just as competently. Seven complete kits on our site fit the Pro XP, with Denali’s Standard Series opening the range at $749.99 and Eagle’s manual V-blade closing it at $1,524.95. Five of them cost less than $900. None of them include the winch that does the lifting, so budget for one if your RZR does not already have it.

RZR Pro XP Snow Plow Blades
Straight blades here run 60 to 80 inches, and the Eagle V-blade comes in 66 or 72. Eagle publishes useful numbers for its V: the 72-inch version cuts 63.1 inches in V position and 64.4 when angled or scooped, while the 66-inch cuts 58 and 58.9. Compare that working width to what you actually need to clear. Blade options by kit:
- Denali Standard Series: a single-sheet steel blade with a 19-inch scoop
- Open Trail: a steel blade or a hybrid with a poly face, three sizes
- KFI: its Pro-S steel and Pro-Poly lines, both sized 60, 66 and 72
- Eagle Plow: the only 80-inch straight blade in this group, plus charcoal sizes
- Denali Pro Series: county-style 12-gauge steel, 66 or 72
- Denali HD Poly: the same two sizes with a poly face instead of steel
- Eagle V-blade: panels that run straight, angled, scooped or in a V

Winch Mounts and Plow Add-Ons for the Pro XP
Figure on 2,500 to 3,500 lb of winch for plowing, or 6,000 lb if it pulls double duty on the trail. The Pro XP has a dedicated winch mount option on the KFI, Open Trail and both Eagle listings, which makes those four the simplest path. Denali offers a Viper winch on its pages but no winch mount to go with it. Browse RZR winches to match one to your kit.
Most useful extras are built right into the kit pages. KFI offers its Quick Plow Pulley with a soft strap to protect steel cable, Eagle sells a fairlead for cable or rope, and Denali lists a pulley fairlead in standard and wide spool sizes.
RZR Snow Plow Fitment: Clearance, Lifts and Tracks
Ground Clearance on a Sport Machine
Eagle notes that some of its mounts are worth pulling off in the off-season to keep full ground clearance, which matters on a RZR that sees rocks and ruts come spring. Most of these push tubes detach with a couple of pins, so the blade itself comes off quickly.
Lifted RZR Plow Setup
KFI pairs its Pro XP mount with a 1- to 2-inch leveling kit right in the listing, and both KFI and Open Trail cover everything from a 1-inch drop to a 6-inch lift. Open Trail adds a separate option for 2-inch forward setups. Denali uses 2- and 4-inch lift push tubes for machines with skid plates.
Tracked RZR Plow Setup
Tracks call for more reach. KFI and Open Trail brackets move the blade 10.33 inches forward, and Eagle’s track push tube sits 3 inches taller and nearly 12 inches longer than its standard one. Denali’s extended tubes cannot run with its Hydro-Turn.
Older RZR Models and Mounts
On the XP 1000, KFI splits its mounts between 2014-2023 and 2024-up machines, and both KFI and Open Trail list separate winch mounts for the 2024 XP 1000. Send us your year if you are not on a Pro XP.

When to Buy a RZR Snow Plow
Plow freight moves slowest from November through January. An order placed in early fall arrives with time to install and test. Install guides are available for download on most of these kits.
The most common warranty is between 3-6 months, but Everything Polaris RZR does offer extended 1- and 2-year warranties on all products if that is something you are interested in — you can add the extended warranty right at checkout.
