Have you bent or broken the rear driveline of your Polaris RZR? Is it out of balance or out of phase? Or perhaps a simple component such as the U-Joint or carrier bearing has failed and needs replaced. Whatever the case may be, at Everything Polaris RZR, we’ve got the parts, tools, equipment, and driveline assembly kits to bring your rear driveline back to life and perform better than ever. The carrier bearing of the Polaris RZR driveline is a common fault area. Many replacement carrier bearings utilize a two-piece design to allow for easy future maintenance. Unlike stock bearings, the housing of these types of carrier bearings doesn't have to be removed, simply replace the bearing in the event of a failure. Broken snorkel gears and busted pinion gears/bearings can also bind up your rear driveline and cause it to bend or break. If you’re lucky, you’ll just bend the pinion retaining plate. But if the gear teeth are chewed up and the driveline is locked tight, you’ve likely broken the case in addition to bending the retaining plate bolts and tweaking the pinion plate.
Luckily, we have available complete upgraded rear drivelines for the Polaris RZR, which include carrier bearing, grease zerks, and the latest UTV driveline technology. If you don't need an entire driveline, we've also got a wide selection of rear RZR driveline components. And while used parts can sometimes be found cheaper, exercise extreme caution if you're swapping used parts into your machine's driveline. We've seen people buy used snorkel gears only to find stress cracks on each tooth and fractures on the head of the gear. And don't get us started on used drive shafts. More likely than not, the shaft won't seal correctly and leak oil everywhere. With an expensive machine like the Polaris RZR, why take the chance? So for all the best and cheapest Polaris RZR rear drivelines and driveline components, Everything Polaris RZR is most riders' destination of choice.
