The Polaris Heavy Duty Axles now come with Rhino 2.0 axles - a rugged set of axles that are much stronger and last longer than regular manufacturer's axles. The Rhino 2.0 axles have been tested, tested again, then tested some more! The team of engineers, mechanics and experts at SuperATV did several real-life situation tests. They included high-angle off-road rides with specialty tires, 80+ mph speed tests in rough terrain and durability tests through some of the roughest, challenging terrain in the world. We have tested these axles thoroughly. Thanks to a special manufacturing technique, we are able to heat-treat a very strong 4340 chromoly steel that is well known in the industry for its unyielding strength. We have also designed this axle to be flexible - make rough turns with confidence!
