While the stock clutching is well-calibrated for 29–30” tires in low-elevation trail riding, this kit becomes essential when upgrading to larger tires or venturing into heavier load applications like dunes, swamp terrain, or mid-elevation climbs. It also includes alternate settings for those switching between tire sizes seasonally or adjusting for different terrain types.
