The carrier can be bolted or welded onto the seat belt tube. High quality steel and aluminum hardware is included, allowing for an easy and seamless install. The carrier latches securely thanks to a unique latch design, reducing any unwanted noises or rattles. Gas shocks are included so you can effortlessly lift the rack up even when a tire is installed. Carrier will hold up to a 32-inch tire with no modification.
