Our arms maximize ground clearance by strategically arching the lower control arms while following the angle of the axle for maximum clearance, axle protection, and visual appeal. Don’t be fooled with too much arch that puts your axles into greater risk of damage. Our precision manufacturing process ensures each control arm installs exactly like the factory arm. Depending on the model, most kits will have the High Lifter logo precision cut into the bracing.
Installation is made easy with our step by step and multi-image instructions. During installation, you can use stock bushings and ball joints for easy installation. Even better, High Lifter will install your ball joints before shipping. (See our control arms with preinstalled ball joints.)
Always check for bearings, bushings, ball joints, and brake wear before installation and replace if needed. Note: If a you are running the stock/OEM Polaris RZR 1000 wheels, the stock/OEM wheels will rub the rear bar on this control arm kit and will rub the paint off the OEM wheels and control arms at the contact points The rubbing is due to the narrow offset on the stock/OEM wheels.
Note: A minimum of 1 wheel spacer is required when running the OEM/stock wheels with this kit. Please see Part Numbers WT4/15612-15 for 1 spacers or WT4/15612-15 for 1.5 spacers.
Note: If you are running 1 or wider wheels spacers with (any stock/oem polaris rzr 1000 wheels or any aftermarket wheels with a 6+1 or 5+2 offset), you should not have any issues with the wheels rubbing on this control arm kit.
Note: If you are running aftermarket wheels with a wider offset (4+3 or greater), you should not have any issues with the aftermarket wheels rubbing on this control arm kit.
Note: In order to work on the RZR Turbo Models and FOX Edition, you must remove front factory sway bar for these applications. The front sway bar will not work in conjunction with High Lifter Max Clearance Kit when installing on Turbo and FOX Edition RZR Models.
