A typical OEM plate's material has a tensile strength of roughly 4500 PSI, while Seizmik's UHMW material hasa tensile strength of 7010 PSI. And Seizmik's plates are 4x thicker than the average OEM plate.
Installation is made easier with less drilling required thanks to the use of existing OEM mounting points and glass filled nylon frame clamps with brass inserts.
