4 – Universal Billet Clamp 1.75”
4 – Bolt 1/4-20 × 2.5”
4 – Flat Washer 1/4”
8 – Locknut 10/24
8 – Bolt 10/24 × 1/2”
4 – Lock Washer
1 – Long Handle Assembly Left
1 – Long Handle Assembly Right
STEP ONE – Install handle assembly. Bolt the flap mount to the plastic flap using two 10-24 x 1/2” bolts. The handle should point towards the outside of the vehicle. Attach the bracket with threaded insert to the bottom side of the bend on the windshield frame using two more 10-24 x 1/2” bolts and 10-24 locknuts. Tighten bolts and loosen thumb screw to test if flap mechanism moves properly. Adjust the placement of the bracket with insert if the flap doesn’t work. make sure the left and right handle assembly is in the correct orientation as shown in the picture.
STEP TWO – Slide one of the billet clamps over the roll cage in the lower corners on each side with the bolt holes on the inside of the cage and the flat face pointed forward
STEP THREE – Carefully place the main windshield onto the front of the cage. This is much easier with two people. Position the windshield centered side to side, and lower it down to where it is just contacting the trim but can still open the vents easily. Use the 2.5” bolts to attach windshield to the installed billet clamps. Use a washer on the bolt head side. Check the position of the windshield as you tighten to make sure it doesn’t move too much. Only hand tighten as over tightening could bend the bolt and clamp.
