Winch Rope and Wire

Whether you're after a new winch line for your Polaris RZR winch, a winch line extension, or a wire / synthetic winch rope, we've got the goods you seek here at Everything Polaris RZR. For some situations, a steel wire winch line is a better choice to use, but for others, a winch rope is the superior option. But whatever winch line material best suits your needs, it can be found at Everything Polaris RZR. Rope winch lines are popular because they are lighter than cable winch lines, yet strong enough to get any job done. A drawback of using Polaris RZR winch ropes, however, is that they can chafe on rocks and trees, which will weaken them over time. Plus, if you're not running a synthetic winch rope, natural fibers will rot quickly if you wind the line up while it's still wet and muddy. For some, ensuring a clean winch rope isn't that cumbersome, but if you don't do it, you'll be better off with a steel cable winch line for long-term strength. Another issue regarding winch lines is recoil in the event of a break. The first time you snap a synthetic rope versus a steel cable, you and everyone around you will be glad you changed to a synthetic winch line. That being said, however, with a line damper or even a light jacket over the cabe during use, you can almost eliminate the risk of a snap-back should the cable break. And yes steel winch wire can fray, but that's nothing some gloves can't fix!

No matter what kind of winch you have, we've got some replacement Polaris RZR winch lines to work with it. Be it a 5,000 Lb wide spool winch, or a smaller 2,000 Lb winch, with a winch rope or wire from Everything Polaris RZR, you'll be ready for any recovery project that comes your way. A lot of sanctioned race bodies require synthetic rope over steel cable. So if you're a racer, we've got the right winch rope for you. On the other hand, if you prefer wire winch lines, we have those as well. It's often overlooked that rope rot is hard for most people to notice and identify, so a rotted winch rope tends to fail without warning. Cables, though, will fray and kink, letting the user know that it's time for a replacement. But it doesn't matter which style of winch line you want, because we've got both styles in many different lengths here at Everything Polaris RZR!
