The RPM Auxiliary Fuel Tank fills a factory empty void behind the drivers side seat with this awesome fuel tank extending your fun time drastically by nearly 50%! No chassis, factory plumbing, or emissions components are altered during installation and all factory seat adjustments remain the same! This means you can still move the factory seat to the furthest back position no problem. Built from extremely thick 5mm RotoMolded plastic it goes without saying that these are very heavy duty tanks at nearly double the thickness of a factory fuel tank. This kit utilizes the factory chassis for mounting and securement as well as additional stainless steel bracketry providing a absolutely solid securement into the chassis. This kit utilizes the factory fill neck for filling AND ventilation which makes use and installation quick and a breeze as well as insuring there are no in cab fuel fumes that you'd experience with other kits. Included with every tank is a plug and play wiring harness complete with a momentary switch. This switch allows you to be worry free of accidentally turning on, or leaving your pumps activated and running. Our Kelch OEM style fuel cap is of the same brand and quality of the OEM cap which utilizes a Click-To-Seal ratchet that limits torque to prevent over tightening. The high volume fuel pump can flow at 1.25 GPM which is drastically faster than the competition. RPM tanks, unlike other dangerous designs, utilize the factory tip over check valve. In the unfortunate case of a rollover, the RPM tanks would not be able to leak fuel creating a dangerous situation. This is done by the use of the factory breather system. Overfilling the factory tank is often a concern, but with RPM's unique set up, the OEM tank could reach maximum capacity and all of the excess fuel would simply be circumvented back to the auxiliary tanks, leaving your riding adventures worry free.
