Apparently, it has been discovered that the stock system of most UTVs are bad, and there is the need for an intake air system to filter dust. However, when this filtering system was being designed, there was a consideration on the location where the problem comes from, and that is the dust-cloud which accumulates dust, caused by the back tires. This filter forces the dust back up, and maintains a clean system. The kit comes with other features such as the hardware for bolting, as well as a welded powder-coated intake tube. In addition, this UTV accessory is water-resistant, protected with an outer covering, and requires jetting to work. For steps on how to use, the kit comes with an instructional manual on how to install, clean, and disassemble. With this filter tool, Polaris RZR170 engine damage as a result of a dusty system could be avoided.
