Polaris RZR S 900 Full Exhaust System by Empire Exhaust

A full exhaust system is a critical part of your UTV’s engine. When your engine is running, it produces a number of waste products. These waste products include hot, highly toxic and corrosive gasses which must not be allowed to remain in your engine. A poor functioning exhaust can cause a number of side effects. Your UTV’s engine may produce more heat than usual, as a result of the build-up of heat. While out on UTV business, acceleration and deacceleration become more difficult for your engine to execute, which can be an annoyance. For optimum construction, the midsection and head pipes are held together with a stainless steel clamp. The Polaris RZR Full Exhaust System includes 2” silencers which run through the entire core of the system. The silencers also include our useful internal ‘quiet cores’ for sound reduction.
