From acrylic and Lexan RZR windshields to polycarbonate and plexiglas RZR windshields, at Everything Polaris RZR, we offer an enormous variety of poly windshields for the Polaris RZR. It doesn't matter if you have the RZR 1000 XP, the RZR 900 S, or the turbo edition of the Polaris RZR, if you're looking for a quality polycarbonate windshield for your machine, you'll be able to find one here. We've got scratch-resistant polycarbonate windshields, hardened polycarbonate windshields, as well as both full and half polycarbonate windshields. Need a poly windscreen for the rear of your RZR? No problem. How about a folding polycarbonate windshield that can open up on hot days? Whatever it is that you're after, Everything Polaris RZR has you covered. In terms of strength and durability, polycarbonate is unquestionably up to the challenge. After all, there's a reason why they use polycarbonate windows and windshields in aviation and marine applications. So whether it's the scratch resistant Versa-Vent poly windshield by Seizmik, the polycarbonate half windshield by EMP, or the folding poly windshield by Kolpin Powersports, we've got the best polycarbonate Polaris RZR windshields and windscreens from the industry's leading aftermarket parts makers.
Although you're not supposed to tint Polaris RZR polycarbonate windshields due to potential out-gassing that can bubble the film, you can get pre-tinted polycarbonate windows and windshields in bronze or grey. And although scrapes and scratches can become an issue with non-hardened poly windshields that lack scratch resistant finishes, as long as you care for your windshield properly, it shouldn't develop scratches over time. Of particular note is the cleaning process. This is one area where riders can unwillingly scratch their poly windshields without even knowing it. For trailside cleaning, some RZR owners carry a 1 gallon weed sprayer filled with water to keep both the radiator and the windshield clean. A little Simple Green in a trigger sprayer filled with water and some micro fibers can also work, while ceramic shields like Shine Armor's Fortify Quick Coat can also be applied to polycarbonate windshields. Whatever polycarbonate windshield you decide to go with, as long as you're not reckless, it will serve you and your RZR well for years to come!
